Since snapshots take up nightly space as part of VM-level backups, every night we get an alert email when the alarm triggers. To use Veritas Resiliency Platform Data Mover with VMware vCenter Server for replication to on-premises data center, the vCenter Server user needs to have a role assigned that has the following privileges on the vCenter server data center level. The Datastore Space Usage (GB) chart displays the total amount of free space, amount of space consumed by files other than orphaned snapshots and amount of space consumed by orphaned snapshots on datastores from the selected scope. Host > Configuration > Storage partition configuration This issue occurs if the alarm reverts to Yellow or Green within 5 minutes of the initial Red status. By default, only one trigger is expected within a 5 minute interval and an email is not triggered if the status changes within the 5 minute interval.
